Return/Refund policy

All Sales Are Final

All sales are final and there’s a no return/refund policy that applies as well. 

RETURNS

Soulful Organics, LLC. and affiliates do not accept any returns for any reason. 

Due to the nature of our fresh products, we are unable to accept returned products. If there’s an issue with your order or you are not satisfied, we will happily work with you to find a fair solution mutually.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, lost, stolen or error on the customer's part; you will be required to contact the shipping company, Route Protection (if purchased) or simply place a new order. If your order is returned for address issues, we will contact you the best we can and request payment to reship your items if applicable. 

 If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must address this with the United States Postal Service at  (800) 275-8777 or UPS customer service.

Soulful Organics does not hold responsibility for packages that are delivered. We do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered but have not been received due to being lost, stolen, or delivered at the incorrect address.
