Order processing time is currently, 7-14 business days, unless otherwise notified.
Orders are shipped using UPS and occasionally with United States Postal Service (USPS), during weekdays which are Monday through Thursday.
Our weekend is Friday, Saturday and Sunday which we do not typically ship orders for quality purposes. In the case of a holiday, orders are shipped on the next business weekday.
When your package is shipped, you will receive an email and or text message containing your order tracking information. Be sure to provide the correct and best contact information.

Please purchase "Route Protection" for your order based on the total cost of your order. We will not cover the cost for damaged items that occur during transit. If you have any questions or concerns with the delivery of your order, please contact the appropriate shipping provider to get resolution.
If an item arrives damaged and appears to be the fault of Soulful Organics, please let us know within seven days via email at SoulfulOrganics128@gmail.com, along with any pictures and we will provide a fair and honest resolution.
PROFESSIONAL GRADE PRODUCTS ARE DROP SHIPPED from their prospective suppliers. In the event of delays outside of our control, you will be notified and provided details as they arrive.
We try our best to keep an in-person stock of PRO GRADE products, however, sometimes we can not and those items get drop shipped to save us time and space. All sales are final and there’s a no return/refund policy that applies as well.
